I recently bought This is Acting by Sia and it's been on repeat ever since. Being a fan of Sia ever since Chandelier came out in 2014, I've loved everything she's brought out. I love her music and I adore her music videos, I don't know what it is about them but they're so captivating and Maddie the dancer does an incredible job at conveying so much emotion through her dancing.
I've been following the release of this album since the first singe, every time a new single came out I would listen to it immediately and I would listen to it on repeat until the next one came out. Finally the album came out and I listened to it fully on Apple Music. I enjoyed it that much that I went out and bought the physical copy! Which I really don't do that much anymore.
I'm very picky with my music and I almost never find an album that I can genuinely say there isn't one song I hate. This is one of those albums that I love every song, I love the upbeat songs and I love the more slow tempo songs too. This entire album is just full of hits and I can listen to it the whole way through without skipping to a song I like.
I think my favourite has to be Cheap Thrills though. It just gets me pumped, I actually listened to this before I went out the other night and it was stuck in my head for most of the night, keeping my spirits up every time I thought about it.
Move Your Body is another one of my favourites, it has sort of an EDM vibe to it and it honestly just makes me want to dance! It's going straight on my playlist of songs that I listen to before I go out to town!
I think this album is going to be on repeat for a long time coming. It's one of my favourites and I can't stop listening to it!
