I've finally had my bonfire night! 3 nights late though but better than never, right?
As I said in my previous post I absolutely love bonfire night, I was actually planning on going to the big bonfire thats near me with my friends but I completely forgot that they were on the same day! So Sunday night I ended up having a night in with the whole family (and I mean the whole family, parents, brother and sister in law, nephews, grandparents, aunties.. The whole lot).
It was a nice night though, we had a buffet and then we all gathered into the back garden while my brother set off the fireworks. The kids weren't as interested in the fireworks as they were with the endless amount of sparklers we had! They complained that there weren't any loud fireworks, they also complained last year that the fireworks were TOO loud. You can't win with kids.
I didn't take that many pictures of the fireworks, I managed to get a couple of the fountain ones though. These were taken on my phone.
I took these photos tonight though, if my nephews knew there were more sparklers then I wouldn't have heard the last of it, they would be nagging me to give them the rest! I would be left with nothing and I really wanted to try the sparkler photography out this year.
