31 days of Blogtober have come and gone, I'm really surprised that I didn't give up on it halfway through.. I'm very proud of myself.
I've really enjoyed doing this, the first week was a tad tricky because I wasn't used to updating once a week never mind every day. I soon got into the swing of things and I really started to enjoy it. I don't think I'll carry on posting everyday, as it got a bit hectic to try and write posts when I was spending all day in work, but I'll definitely be updating more than I used to!
So today is Halloween and surprise, surprise I'm in work! I do have the night off though so I have a couple of hours to get ready before I head into town with my best friends for a night out, I can't wait!
It feels like it took me the whole of this month to decide on a costume to wear. I've thought about zombies, vampires and then I thought of a mermaid because of my colourful hair.. I thought I'd finally picked a good idea, when I went online to buy some fish-scale leggings and then I found out they would be delivered AFTER Halloween. That idea quickly went out the window!
A couple of days ago I decided that I would go as a cracked porcelain doll, it's quick and easy and I already have a cute collar dress I can wear. So all I needed to do was add the cracks to my face with make-up. I've had a couple of run throughs and they've turned out pretty cool.. Let's just hope tonight it turns out that way again!
