I know what you're all thinking. "Steph, two outfit posts in one month? What are you doing?" Well people of the internet, I'm actually quite enjoying them. Blogtober was a chance to venture into fashion posts, I've always loved reading them but I never thought I could do them. So I'm stepping into uncharted territory here with doing two in such a short space of time.
This isn't really a full outfit post, I'm just mainly focusing on my new jumper. I had been eyeing this on the River Island website for weeks. I never usually shop in River Island, but I always love their clothes. It was originally £38 but I had a 25% off discount code so I got it for £28.50. Which is probably the most I've ever spent on a woolly jumper (my vast collection of Drop Dead jumpers don't count here, they're more like sweatshirts anyway).
I LOVE this jumper, it's so so soft and it's not itchy at all like some of the jumpers I own are. It's super warm as well and the sleeves are long enough that I can have sweater paws, which is my favourite thing to do with jumpers ever.
I bought this mainly because of the block colours, although I've never owned anything like this, I'm a huge fan of the block colour trend. I'd love to wear more vivid colours but it's always hard trying to colour coordinate with my pink hair! I've also become a huge fan of turtlenecks in the past year too, I always used to hate having things around my neck, but when I started wearing chokers I thought I'd try out the turtleneck tops and jumpers and everything in between.
With this jumper I would probably wear a pair of jeans and boots for the cold weather. I have a huge feeling that this is going to be one of the jumpers in my ever growing collection that is going to be with me for years. (That's if it still fits and I don't put any more weight on haha!)
