I used to do monthly playlists all the time, I couldn't keep to a schedule though so I gave up! I also couldn't be bothered doing playlists on Spotify and/or Apple Music every month So I thought I'd forget about actually making a playlist but carry on with what I've been listening to the most this month.
Years & Years - Meteorite
I can't get enough of this song, it's so catchy! I've been a fan of Years & Years for a couple of years now and I love everything they bring out. I don't really follow them unless they bring an album out so I had no idea that they had brought out a new song until a week ago. I find myself singing it in work and everything.
The Chainsmokers ft. Halsey - Closer
I don't even know why I like this song. I'm not usually a fan of music like this but this song is quite good I have to admit. I do enjoy listening to Halsey though so that might have been the thing that made me like this song even more.
You Me At Six - Night People
I always say to myself You Me At Six don't quite make it onto my most favourite list of bands. But they are. Every time they bring out a new song I absolutely love it. This song is no different. I honestly can't wait for the entire album to come out.
A Day To Remember - Naivety
A Day To Remember always remind me of my teenage years when I would sit outside in the pouring rain just because it was the 'cool' place to be. I love this band because they're still heavy. I feel like I don't really listen to heavy stuff much anymore. So I always enjoy it when A Day To Remember bring out a new song.
Twenty One Pilots - House Of Gold
Twenty One Pilots have become one of my favourite bands. But I've only just started listening to their older music. House Of Gold has been on repeat since I heard it a couple of months ago! I love it. I really need to listen to the album Vessels all the way through, I might find some more gems like this song.
Honne - Warm On A Cold Night
Honne makes the type of music I can imagine myself listening to in a coffee shop with the rain pouring down outside. Especially this song. Honne is so chilled and relaxing, I enjoy listening to these when I'm in the bath or I'm having a really lazy day.
I've also been listening to a lot of All Time Low, I seem to have been in an All Time Low mood for the past year. I could easily listen to their albums on repeat all year round. I think I probably have done though to be honest.
