I have been dying to try out NYX products for ages, I kept seeing all of the american bloggers and youtubers raving about them. But as I live in the UK, trying them out for myself was proving to be difficult. Boots has answered my prayers! A few months ago they started stocking NYX products, but I needed to see them in real life and both boots in my town don't stock them! So I finally headed into Chester to search through the NYX stand instead.
I've only bought these Lip Lingerie's as a sort of introduction into the brand, I'll be venturing into other products but I think I'm quite safe with lipstick at the moment. I bought three in the shades, 02 Embelishment, 06 Push Up and 08 Bedroom Flirt.
My first impressions when I tried them on were good, they went on really smooth and they dried pretty quickly. They don't feel like they're going to dry out my lips as much as some other liquid lipsticks I've tried in the past. That could all change though when I decide to wear them for a day!
I can't decide which colour I like best, I love Embellishment but I think it's more of an autumnal/winter colour which is perfect for this time of year! And Push Up and Bedroom Flirt are almost the same colour, but Bedroom Flirt has more of a pink tint to it.
I haven't mastered the art of putting liquid lipstick on yet, so I can't really tell if it was patchy because the formula makes it patchy or it's patchy because I was doing this in a low light room and it looked good in the mirror! I really need to get one of those dressing room mirror's with the lights around it. It would help me so much!

I'm really looking forward to seeing how long these last throughout the day, if its anything like trying to get them off after a few minutes then it will last all day!
