Collective Clothing Haul - Blogtober Day 2

I have been buying clothes in the hopes that the weather will turn more autumn-like for weeks. It was a weird month in September where I didn't know if I should be wearing summer dresses or layering up with jumpers and coats. But now my favourite season is here, I can finally start wearing cute warm clothes.

I really need to buy a nice coat and some boots or something but I've put myself on a strict no spending policy so I can afford my car. Which didn't sit well with the half of me who could spend so much money on a shopping spree.

This is what I've collected over the past few weeks though, from Primark, New Look and ASOS.

First up is the Primark stuff.. I got this checked shirt and I still haven't decided if I like this on me or not. I used to live in checked shirts when I was around 15/16 and I haven't really worn them since. I loved this when it was hanging up but I'm not sure when its on. I guess I'll have to keep trying, otherwise it's new owner will be my mum! This was either £10 or £14. I'm pretty sure it was £10 though!

The main reason I went into Primark on this occasion was to buy some grey jeans. I'd seen some a few weeks before when I popped in to buy some jeans for work and I couldn't stop thinking about them. I've owned grey jeans before and I hardly wore them. But my style has changed a lot since then and now I really, really love them. I actually had to buy the long ones as they were the only ones left, which I was worried about because the long leg always looks weird crumpled up at the bottom even though I'm tall anyway. But these don't look too bad! These were £7. Bargain!

I actually bought this pom-pom with the intention of putting it on my car keys! Looking at it now though, it looks a bit big for car keys. I guess I'll have to see when I actually get them, if they don't look right then the pom-pom will have to take pride and place on my handbag. As you can see, this cost £2.

As I was searching through the sale rack I came across these grey joggers. I needed something to lounge about the house in anyway and when I checked the price they were £1. I just couldn't leave them there, my mum tried to put me off by telling me that somebody she knows (and dislikes) is always wearing the same things but I honestly don't care who I look like for a pound!

The last things from Primark were this set of The Little Mermaid pajamas. It's like it's impossible for me to go into Primark without buying some pjs! The Little Mermaid is one of my favourite Disney films and with my pink hair I've gotten so many 'mermaid' comments. I thought it was only fitting that I buy these. The top was £6 and the bottoms were £7.

Next up is the ASOS stuff. I only bought two things off ASOS, the first thing is this Noisy May jumper. I've been wanting a sort of thin, long black jumper for ages, I did have one from Primark but I wore it so much that it started coming apart. I couldn't find another one like it, until I found this! This was £6 reduced from £20. The picture doesn't do it justice, it's so nice.

The main thing I went on ASOS for in the first place was this boohoo pinafore dress. I saw this weeks and weeks ago and just as I was about to add it to my basket to buy it, my size went out of stock. I was gutted. I kept checking as sometimes ASOS bring a few things back in stock and there was one of them left in my size, so I quickly bought it and I love it. This was £20.

The final shop is New Look, the first thing I picked up was actually the long sleeve white top that is underneath the pinafore dress. I've got so many long sleeve tops somewhere amongst my clothes but I've never really had a long white one. I thought that needed to change and I picked this one up for £6.

The next thing is this grey shirt, sorry about the creasing! I've had it in a bag for all of a few days and it's already ridiculous. I'm going to have SO much fun wearing this.. I really liked the look of this shirt when it was hanging up. I want to venture out into more 'adult' looking clothes as I'm now 20 and I still dress how I did when I was a teenager. I love the colour and the material is so nice and soft too, I probably won't want to take it off! This was £20.

I also bought this stripey top, I own so many stripey tops but they're all white with black stripes, not the other way around and they're all short sleeves. I got kind of bored with those kinds, but I didn't want to stray away from my stripes either so when I saw this I knew I wanted it. Plus I how the stripes are going a different way on the arms to what they are on the rest of it. This was £10.

And last but not least are these scrunchies. I've gotten into wearing bow scrunchie type things this past year and it's gotten to the point where my hair looks awful if I don't have an accessory in it. I wanted some plain scrunchies, but every time I looked, I couldn't find any nice ones! I saw these by the till and I picked them up, unfortunately the burgundy coloured one clashes with my hair but hopefully I'll get my use out of it when I change the colour next. These were £4.

I can't wait to start wearing all of these clothes. I realised that everything was mostly grey throughout this haul but it's the only autumnal colour that my pink hair doesn't clash with at the moment!
