If I had the opportunity, I would listen to music all day, everyday. I love finding new music and I've found a lot of it this month, so here is what I've been listening to a lot lately.
I have put these playlists on Spotify and Apple Music too, if you're interested.
1. Cocoon - Catfish And The Bottlemen.
I only heard this song a couple of weeks ago and I've been listening to it ever since! I found out these come from Llandudno too which is only an hour away from me, they're doing North Wales proud!
2. Bad Blood - NAO
There's nothing better than listening to this with the sun shining through the window. I've been listening to a lot of NAO's other songs, after I heard this song on the radio. But I keep going back to this song over and over again.
3. Keeping Your Head Up - Birdy
I've only ever heard a couple of songs from Birdy and they've always been slow paced, this sounds like a completely different person though. It's such a dance song and it makes me think of the summer for some reason.
4. Amazing - Foxes
Amazing is a song that I sing along to a lot! Despite the fact that I'm the worst singer in the world. Foxes' music always makes me want to sing along with her music though!
5. Never Be Like You (feat. Kai) - Flume
This song makes me want to dance! I've been getting into this genre of music a lot lately, and it sounds really, really good when it's turned up through the speakers in my bedroom.
6. Somebody Else - The 1975
I cannot wait for The 1975's new album. This song was released last week and it's been on repeat, it's sort of has an 80s vibe to it, which the other songs seem to be showing too and I just love it, I'm excited to see what the rest of the album will bring tomorrow.
7. Good To Love - FKA Twigs
I never used to like FKA Twigs, but over the past 6 months I've really gotten into her music, Good To Love is a different sound to what I've heard in the past and it sounds really great!
8. Stressed Out - Twenty One Pilots
Twenty One Pilots have sort of become one of my favourites in the past year, I've listened to Blurryface no end of times and I sort of went off Stressed Out because I listened to it so much, but it's started gaining recognition and it's been everywhere, which made me love it again.
9. Borrowed Time - Frances
Frances is getting bigger and bigger and I am living for it, I first heard her on Radio 1 and she's been blowing up ever since, and rightly so. Her music is beautiful.
10. Technicolour Beat - Oh Wonder
Oh Wonder is the album I go to when I want to relax, like if I'm in the bath or I'm just having a lazy day and Technicolour Beat is one of my favourites off the album.
11. Cheap Thrills - Sia
Cheap Thrills makes me want to go out and party, it's become the song that I listen to when I'm getting ready to go out with my friends for a night out and it always gets me pumped.
12. Follow You - Bring Me The Horizon
I've been a fan of BMTH for around 7 years now, and I've loved everything they have brought out. They have a different sound with each album and they always pull it off perfectly. Follow You is the latest song I've been obsessed with off That's The Spirit.
13. Stitches - Shawn Mendes
I've never really been a fan of Shawn Mendes, I've always heard his music on the radio or on playlists but I always seem to skip them. This song caught my attention though, I don't know what it is about it but I've been really enjoying this song.
14. Youth - Troye Sivan
This song has been on my playlist since it came out, Troye is one of my favourites and Youth is one of my favourites on the album. It's one of those songs that you can't not sing along to and I bet it will be on my playlist for many months to come. He's just brought out a new music video too and it's such a good video!
That's it for this playlist! I hope you enjoyed it and I hope some of you found new music from this post.
