I love a good tag, I recently found this floating around the internet so I thought I would do it. There's just something so fun about answering questions.
1. What is your winter beauty essential?
LIP BALM. You wouldn't believe how many lip balms I have, I've got them stashed everywhere, incase of any emergency. My lips get really dry because of the cold weather so lip balm's are like a godsend.
2. What shoes do you tend to wear most in winter?
The past couple of years I've got back into wearing boots, I bought a pair last year from H&M and they are still going strong.
3. What is your favourite winter accessory?
A beanie hat! I used to have a really nice one, but I lost it a couple of years ago and I haven't been able to find a nice one since. They all seem to be too small! I've recently found a new one that is just as good, if not better than my old one! I don't think I've taken it off since I bought it.
4. Favourite winter nail polish?
I don't really wear nail polish that much, I have phases of wearing it and then I won't wear it for ages. I've just started wearing it again and I'm loving Penguin Chick from Tanya Burr.
5. Favourite winter candle?
Candy Cane Lane by Yankee Candle. I bought myself a Yankee Candle advent calendar this year and although there have been many really nice scents, my favourite has got to be Candy Cane Lane. I think I'll probably buy this in the jar next year because I love it so much!
6. Does it ever snow where you live?
I live in the UK and it hasn't snowed properly in years, we do have a few flakes fall sometimes but it's been a few years since it actually stuck around for more than a day!
7. Favourite Christmas/Holiday song?
This year it's been Fool's Holiday by All Time Low, I have tons of favourite classics though, some I really enjoy are Wonderful Christmastime by Paul McCartney and Happy Xmas (War Is Over) by John Lennon.
8. Favourite Christmas/Holiday movie?
The Santa Clause! I haven't watched it this year yet which is shocking to me. I can never decide on what my favourite film is because I love so many, so it's weird that I can do that with my favourite Christmas film. It's been my favourite ever since I was a little girl and I don't think that's ever going to change.
9. Favourite Christmas/Holiday drink?
I don't really have one.. I do drink a lot more hot chocolate around Chrismtas though! Whether it be one from Costa or a Cadbury's one I can make at home with hot milk.
10. Do you have anything fun planned for this winter?
Apart from Christmas I'm really looking forward to going out for my birthday. It's on the 23rd so I'll be going out with my family for a meal that night. The night before though I'll be going out with my friends for a few drinks, I'm really not looking forward to that hangover!
