I went shopping a few days ago and I bought enough stuff that I could turn it into a haul. I usually only come back with one top or some pj's or something but this time I splashed out. I love watching videos of these on youtube so I thought I'd do one of my own, blog post style. I only really visited two shops, because my town doesn't really have a huge option of clothes shops.
First up is what I bought from Primark..
This throw and pillow were from Primark's homerange, I originally went in looking for a blanket I'd saw a few weeks earlier but when these caught my eye it was like I needed to have them. The throw was £12 and the pillow was £4. I'm so glad these were such an impulsive buy because they are very soft and cosy and just so cute!
I bought these boots and they were £18 which is very pricey for Primark but when I saw them I sort of fell in love, I never wear heels. I got it into my brain when I was growing up that I was too tall for heels and I should steer clear of them. I'm slowly breaking out of that mindset and I thought these were so nice I couldn't leave them there. I've wanted a pair of heeled boots for quite some time now, so I thought I'd take the plunge and buy them.
This jumper is so soft I don't think I'll ever be taking it off. It cost me £12 and it's sort of a batwing kind of jumper. It's sort of long too which is one of my favourite things about it. I can't get enough of baggy jumpers, honestly.
I wasn't sure if I should buy this dress because I didn't have an occasion to buy it for, but I also just couldn't leave it there. Knowing me, I would have come home regretting not buying it and then I would have gone back to buy it and it wouldn't have been there, or there wouldn't have been any left in my size. This cost £13.
I also picked up some socks for £2.50 and these cute little hair bow scrunchies for £1.50.
This asymmetric top is from New Look and it's one of my favourite tops I think I've purchased recently. I've been wanting a top like this for ages but I could never find one I really liked. It's really simple but really nice. This was £14.99.
Long cardigans have been on my shopping list for ages now, every time I go into a shop I head straight for the cardigans in hopes of finding a really pretty long one. And I've finally found one! It cost me £19.99 and it did actually come with a belt, which I wasn't a fan of so I've taken it off.
And that's it for the moment, I realise most of the clothes I bought were monochrome and I should probably branch out into more colourful things but for now monochrome is staying.
